Join us this for another exciting evening of fire and ice, led by a team of skilled Sauna Masters, here to guide you on a therapuetic sauna and ice-bath experience.
With an opening Fire Ceremony and mocktails on arrival, we will embark on an introspective journey of body and mind using the powers of heat and cold therapies.
With three wood-fire saunas, two ice-baths, and a team of whisk-weilding guides, we will support you on a meditative and invigorating journey, designed to stimulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and boost well-being!
