Yoga 

Offering one-to-one and couples classes, as well as small or large group sessions, in variety of yoga styles:

Hatha yoga - traditional yogasana, focusing on strength and alignment (good for Beginners).

Vinyasa yoga - a more dynamic, flowing approach to Hatha yogasana.

Bikram yoga (Bishnu Gosh lineage) - the traditional hot yoga sequence

Yin Yoga - a slower, more introspective class, holding a small number of asana for longer to target the connective tissu, muscle and joints.

Joint-mobility Series - 'Pawanmuktasana' - targeting all major joints in the body, excellent for stiffness, working with injury or older age :)

meditation

The tool of meditation can be used to reprogram the brain, resulting in lower stress levels and a more controlled emotional response. Guided meditation techniques enhance a sense of presence and calm the fluctuations of the mind. 

 

Sessions are bespoke, combining breath-work, mindfulness and guided meditation techniques which focus  the mind and  relax the body.   

 

Sessions are intended to offer exercises that can be practised alongside meditation, or integrated into your  daily routine, helping you become a calmer, more resilient version of yourself.
