Let the Inferno Wellness Warrior guide you on a sauna and yoga weekend-retreat like no other. Arriving Friday 2oth September, with not one thing to think, prepare, plan, decide for the next 48 hours, you will be taken on a Helsinki weekender that you will never forget.
Jesse will be waiting for your arrival into Helsinki Central train station, leading the short walk to our home from home for the weekend. The Yard has a huge and cosy lounge, fully fitted kitchen, plenty bathrooms, small and larger dormatory options, it proved to be absolutley perfect on the first Helsinki trip, and this year is set to be even better!
Over the weekend we will visit three fantastic, and very different, Finnish saunas; enjoy light yoga and meditation each morning, as well as yoga Nidra whilst tucked up in bed each night; enjoy a really great and informative guided walking tour…
