New Year Blast: Fire & Ice

After the huge success of the Winter Solstice: Fire & Ice event, join us again for another powerful journey  of hot and cold immersion.

We begin by gathering aorund the camp-fire, with the sounds of the ocean waves, under the open sky, full immersion also into nature. The Fire Ceremony invites the opporutnity for setting intentions for the evening and enjoying mood-enhancing plant-based elixirs.

Next a team of whisk-weilding Sauna Masters will take you through a sauna experience designed to stimulate the nervous system and calm the mind. We have three different wood-fire saunas, each building in intensity, and our team  draw upon a range of Sauna Master techniques to offer bespoke, individual thermal massage treatments that are deeply relaxing and restorative. 

From the heat you are then guided to the ice, which offers another level of stillness for the mind. The whole experience leaves you feeling renewed, energised, exhilerated…
