Saturday Yoga Fitness Sauna Session

Service Description

Join me for an outdoor yoga flow with beautiful views and a lovely leafy steam to follow! Meet at The Sauna Corner located at 78 Church Street for a 9am start! Arrive in suitable fitness attire and bring two towels for sauna and changing! Please note this is a trial session as we set up the space. We will begin with our usual meditative grounding, then pop over to a beautiful leafy location very close by for our movement practice, and then back to the sauna for a lovely steam and leafy rituals! The session is offered at a super low cost - with it being the FIRST EVER SESSION in the new space as we trial a few things out! Booking essential. Limited capacity.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please gin advance of 24hrs notice. Cancellations within less than 12hrs, will not be refunded or transferred if the session was fully booked.
